The Indian Ports Association (IPA) invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance of Advanced Vessel Traffic Management Systems (VTMS) at multiple major ports across India.

The scope of work includes:

• Supply and installation of radar systems, AIS base stations, VHF communication systems, meteorological sensors, and CCTV surveillance systems
• Integration with existing port management information systems
• Development and deployment of traffic management software with AI capabilities
• Training of port personnel on system operation and maintenance
• Comprehensive maintenance services for a period of 5 years

The successful bidder will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the VTMS solution, ensuring compliance with international maritime standards and regulations, including IALA recommendations and IMO guidelines.
